Sell with WooCommerce
Connect WooCommerce so the assistant uses your live products, syncs orders and sends checkout links, and understand what each side owns.
If you already run a WooCommerce store, connect it instead of retyping products.
Connect
- Connect your WordPress site with the BaTimo plugin and a connect token.
- Open Sales > Settings and switch on Enable WooCommerce Integration ("Allow the assistant to read and manage your WordPress/WooCommerce products and orders").
- In Assistant > Assistant settings > Capabilities switch on Enable Products and Enable WordPress Integration.
- Test: ask your assistant about a WooCommerce product.
What changes
| Area | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Products | The assistant searches your WooCommerce catalog and uses the live product data, together with any products you added in BaTimo. |
| Checkout | The assistant can read your payment methods, shipping methods and required checkout fields, and send a signed checkout link that fills the cart. The link expires after 24 hours; coupon codes can be added. |
| Orders | Orders created by the assistant are saved in BaTimo and sent to WooCommerce in the background. The order shows the Integrations sync status. |
| Prices and stock | Come from WooCommerce, so update them there. |
Tips
- Keep product titles and short descriptions clear in WooCommerce; the assistant reads them.
- Test a full order and confirm it appears in WooCommerce.
- Use coupons for campaigns and tell the assistant when they apply.
Troubleshooting
- The assistant ignores your products: confirm Enable WooCommerce Integration, Enable Products and Enable WordPress Integration are all on, and the site shows as connected under Settings > WordPress.
- Orders not in WooCommerce: check the order's integration status in Sales > Orders; sync runs in the background.
Limitations
- The assistant does not mention the underlying system; customers just see products and links.
- Payment is completed in your WooCommerce checkout.
