What is BaTimo?
BaTimo gives your business an AI assistant, called Timo, that answers customers on Instagram, WhatsApp and your website.
BaTimo is a platform for handling customer conversations. You connect the places where customers contact you (Instagram, WhatsApp, a chat widget on your website), and your AI assistant, Timo, replies for you. Everything that comes in is collected in one Inbox, and people who show interest are saved as Leads.
What you can do with BaTimo
- Answer customers automatically on Instagram, WhatsApp and your website chat, at any hour.
- Train the assistant on your business details, FAQs, policies and uploaded documents. See Set up your assistant.
- Capture leads automatically, including the fields you choose. See Leads.
- Take bookings and show customers a public booking page. See Set up bookings.
- Sell products through the assistant and review orders. See Products and orders.
- Send instant, fixed replies without AI using DM flows, Instagram comment automations and story reply automations.
- Hand a conversation to a person when the customer needs one. See Human handoff.
Key terms

Where to use BaTimo
- Web: the Console at
console.batimo.ai. Every feature is available here. - Mobile: the BaTimo app for iOS and Android. It focuses on day-to-day work (inbox, leads, bookings, orders) and opens the Console's own screens for most settings. See Web and mobile app: what is available where.
The Console and app are available in English, Persian (Farsi), Arabic, Turkish and Spanish. Change the language from the user menu (Language).
