Web and mobile app: what is available where

A map of the BaTimo Console and mobile app: navigation, which features exist on each platform, and which open the web pages inside the app.

BaTimo has a web Console and a mobile app. This page shows where each feature lives.

Web Console navigation

The left sidebar contains:

ItemWhat it opens
ConsoleDashboard with analytics, setup steps and recent activity
InboxConversations from all channels
LeadsLeads
BookingsCalendar, Services, Staff, Settings
SalesOrders, Products, Settings
AssistantAssistant settings, Knowledge sources, Assistant tests
AutomationsAutomations
ChannelsChannels
BillingPlans, usage and billing
SettingsCompany, Message Guard, Webhooks, WordPress, AI Connections, Users, Account and Support

The Settings menu also holds Users (team members), Account and Support, which every team member sees; the company pages (Company to AI Connections) need the company settings permission. The user menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) contains Language and Log out. Team members with limited permissions only see the sections they were granted.

Mobile app navigation

The bottom tabs are Home, Inbox, Leads, Bookings and Orders.

The Home tab has quick-access buttons: Channels, Automations, Booking, Sales and Settings. Tap your profile picture for Profile and the bell for Notifications.

Settings matches the web Settings menu: Company, Message Guard, Webhooks, WordPress, AI Connections, Users, Account and Support. Account opens your Profile.

  • Push notifications and an offline view of your saved data. When offline, the app shows saved data and cannot send messages until you reconnect.
  • Sign in with Apple or Google.
  • Delete account in Profile.

Tips

  • Use the mobile app to answer customers and confirm bookings on the go. Use the web Console for setup, analytics and billing.
