2. Staff: add each stylist, assign services, set working hours, a Buffer Time, and connect their calendar.
3. Settings: set Minimum notice required and a Break between appointments. New bookings start Pending, so confirm them each morning.
4. Assistant: tone Friendly, emojis on, Response Length Short. Forbidden: "Do not quote prices for colour; offer a consultation." Add FAQs for cancellation policy, parking and patch tests.
5. Instagram: a comment automation on your offer reel with keyword book, replying publicly and DMing a flow with an Open URL button to your booking page. A story reply automation for "Story link reminder".
6. Handoff: hand off for bridal or custom requests.
