Use your website as knowledge

Connect your website so your assistant can use verified links from it, and let BaTimo draft your assistant from your key pages.

1. Open Assistant > Assistant settings and choose Setup with Website, or open Website integration under knowledge sources.
2. Enter your website address (for example example.com) and choose Find sitemap.
3. BaTimo shows Website structure found: URLs listed, sitemaps, languages and detected sections (Products, Pricing and plans, Services, Blog and news, About, Contact, Policies).
4. Choose Save website source.

Finding the sitemap does not open your website pages.

If no sitemap is found, choose Enter sitemap URLs manually, add one URL per line (for example https://example.com/sitemap.xml) and Check these sitemaps.

Create an assistant draft (optional)Copy Anchor Link

Choose Analyze website. BaTimo reads up to 8 important pages once and prepares editable suggestions. Nothing is saved to your assistant yet. Review the draft and choose Apply to assistant form. Existing or edited fields are kept; only empty fields are filled. Then review and save the assistant.

• Make sure your sitemap lists your product, service and pricing pages.
• Re-run the setup if your site changes significantly.

TroubleshootingCopy Anchor Link

• "We need your sitemap address": no readable sitemap was found. Add the sitemap URL manually.
• "Website setup stopped": try again, or review the source under Website integration.

LimitationsCopy Anchor Link

• Only pages in the sitemap are discovered, and analysis reads at most 8 pages. Discovery and analysis are rate limited.
