In these Terms: "BaTimo" refers to the AI-powered business communication platform operated by our company. "User" means any individual or entity using the BaTimo services. "Service" includes all functionalities provided by BaTimo such as message integrations, automated responses, dashboards, and related modules.
2. Registration and Use
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Unauthorized use or access of the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the BaTimo platform, including but not limited to software, code, designs, trademarks, and logos, belong exclusively to BaTimo. User-generated content remains owned by the user, but the user grants BaTimo a non-exclusive right to use this content solely to provide its services.
4. Usage Restrictions
- Users must not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to APIs or services.
- Sending spam, unlawful, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or interfere with the platform’s operations is forbidden.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
BaTimo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of repeated or serious violations of these terms, complaints from other users, or suspicious activities indicating potential misuse of the services.
6. Service Changes or Discontinuation
BaTimo reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time. Changes in pricing, features, or service offerings will be communicated to users in advance.
7. Warranties and Liability
Services provided by BaTimo are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BaTimo disclaims all warranties regarding the uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the services. BaTimo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
